The cleaning set includes:
150 ml MATHY-SGR Manual gearbox cleaner
500 ml MATHY-T manual gearbox additive
The MATHY manual gearbox cleaning kit is used to clean and maintain manual gearboxes, rear axles and power take-offs. The cleaning set eliminates shifting problems (stick shifting), wear-related running noises and rear axle whine and extends the service life of the units. For optimum results, we recommend cleaning every 60,000 km.
- Technical problems are reduced or eliminated
- Contamination in oil wells is removed
- Wear-related running noises are reduced
- Choppy circuits become easier to operate again (softer)
- Internal friction is minimized
- Wear clearance on tooth flanks is compensated (increase in compressive strength)

Dosage
- For cleaning: MATHY-SGR Gearbox cleaner (150ml) is sufficient for gear oil volumes of 3 to 6 liters.
- For care and wear reduction: MATHY-T manual gearbox oil additive (500ml) 20% to the fresh transmission oil. Maximum
- Addition to gear oil: 50%
- Example for 20%: 2.5 liters oil volume = 2.0 liters transmission oil + 500ml MATHY-T
Application
- Step 1 Cleaning with MATHY-SGR:
Clean with the old transmission oil. The can contents of 150 ml MATHY-SGR to the gearbox/rear axle oil at operating temperature before changing the oil. Please ensure that the filling volume is not exceeded and drain some transmission oil if necessary. After adding the oil, drive for 15 minutes and shift through all gears several times. Then change the transmission oil when warm. - Step 2 the fresh oil filling with MATHY-T:
After cleaning and changing the oil, fresh transmission oil + 20% MATHY-T Gear oil additive replenish. The full effectiveness of MATHY-T occurs after approx. 1,500 km.
