Description
MATHY-ABR Anti-Crystal System Cleaner effectively cleans the AdBlue® system, thereby optimizing its operational reliability. This highly concentrated AdBlue® additive is suitable for all diesel engines and diesel fuel types equipped with AdBlue® systems. It is compatible with all diesel oxidation catalysts and particulate filters (DPF).
MATHY-ABR prevents crystal formation and dissolves existing crystals that could damage the AdBlue® system. Oxidation residues are dissolved and sprayed without leaving residue. Repair costs are reduced, the atomization pattern of the SCR injector is optimized, and the flow rate of the SCR pump is permanently maintained. It stabilizes the shelf life/storage capacity of the AdBlue® urea. MATHY-ABR also reduces foam formation.
Technical problems are reduced or eliminated
Impurities and crystal formation can build up over time and cause the following:
- Change in the atomization pattern of the SCR injector
- Failure of the SCR pump
- Reduced performance of the AdBlue® system to the exhaust gas value
- Blockages in pipes and lines
- Increased repair costs for the AdBlue® system

Application/ Dosage
The contents of the 250 ml can of MATHY-ABR are sufficient for up to 100 liters of AdBlue® (diesel exhaust fluid). To keep an intact SCR system clean and provide preventative protection, we recommend adding MATHY-ABR at a dosage of 1:400 (25 ml to 10 liters of AdBlue®) before each AdBlue® tank fill.
For an optimal mixing ratio, add MATHY-ABR to the AdBlue® tank before refueling with AdBlue®.
Note: MATHY-ABR is also applicable when using a diesel fuel additive.
