MATHY fuel additives are added to the tank immediately before refueling. If possible, the tank should be emptied down to the reserve before using MATHY fuel additives. This ensures optimum mixing with the fuel.
Due to the increased proportion of biofuels in today's fuels, combustion is less clean. This leads to increased coking and contamination of the injection nozzles, combustion chambers, valves and valve seats. In the long term, the exhaust gas values deteriorate. Many vehicle manufacturers now offer their own fuel system cleaners to counteract these negative effects. MATHY has been focusing on these problems for a long time and offers TÜV-tested and certified system cleaners made in Germany.
MATHY fuel additives are available for diesel, bio-diesel, vegetable oils, petrol and petrol-ethanol fuels, as well as for special system cleaning in the exhaust gas area, such as exhaust gas recirculation systems (EGR valve), catalytic converters and diesel particulate filters (DPF).
