Optimize your DSG direct-shift/double-clutch gearbox
Direct shift/double clutch gearboxes (DSG) are highly complex gearshift units that require perfect lubrication performance. The low supplier density shows how difficult it is to produce DSG oils. Only two manufacturers offer DSG oils. This is precisely where our development team came in. The aim is to significantly improve the lubricating performance of a finished DSG oil:
Adding MATHY-DSG to the transmission oil improves its lubricating effect and thus optimizes shifting processes. Thermal loads in warmer regions are reduced and the stability of the DSG transmission oil is increased.
Any noise development in the DSG gearbox is prevented by MATHY-DSG minimized and further wear is prevented. Cleaning active components remove contamination from the DSG gearbox, preventing it from forming again and providing lasting protection. MATHY-DSG is free of solids and can be used in all DSG transmission oils.

Dosage
Replace 10 % of the DSG gearbox oil quantity with MATHY-DSG.
Application
Replace 10% of the transmission oil with MATHY-DSG. For a mileage of up to 60,000 km, carry out a complete oil change. Then fresh DSG gearbox oil with 10% MATHY-DSG fill up.
If the mileage exceeds 60,000 km, we recommend a cleaning phase followed by an oil change. To do this, 10% of the old DSG oil is drained and replaced with MATHY-DSG replaced. Then drive the vehicle 1,000 km (not time-bound). After the cleaning phase, carry out a complete oil change and replace fresh DSG transmission oil with 10% MATHY-DSG fill up.
