Description

For shift optimization and wear reduction in direct shift/double clutch transmissions (DSG). The addition of MATHY-TDG into the transmission oil, their lubricating effect is improved and gear changes are optimized as a result. Thermal loads in warmer regions are reduced and the stability of the DSG transmission oil is increased. Existing noise development is reduced by MATHY-TDG minimized and further wear is prevented. Cleaning active components protect the DSG gearbox in the long term, remove contamination and prevent it from forming again.

MATHY-TDG is free of solids and can be used in all DSG transmission oils.

Dosage

10 % of the DSG gearbox oil quantity by MATHY-TDG replace.

Application

If the mileage exceeds 60,000 km, we recommend a cleaning phase followed by an oil change. For this purpose, 10% of the old DSG-oil is drained and replaced by MATHY-TDG replaced. Then drive the vehicle 1,000 km (not time-bound). After the cleaning phase, carry out a complete oil change and add fresh DSG-Top up the gearbox oil with 10% MATHY-TDG.
