In the worst case, these can completely shut down the operation of the oil heating system and thus lead to a heating failure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MATHY SPECIAL-H WINTER<\/strong> <strong>Additive<\/strong> can prevent these temperature-related filter and pipe blockages. Simply prevent them! Heating oil contains kerosenes, which separate out when it cools down and thus form larger crystals. This is also the case with diesel, which is colloquially referred to as flocculation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MATHY SPEZIAL-H WINTER Additive<\/strong> is the ideal preventive measure for your oil heating system. Its special combination of active ingredients tailored to the cold season largely prevents crystals from growing together, thereby increasing the flowability of the heating oil and lowering the CFPP (Cold Filter Plugging Point), which in turn prevents filter and pipe blockages.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MATHY-H SPEZIAL Winter Additive<\/strong> counteracts the causes of cold-related heating failures<\/p>\n<p>The cold-induced separation of kerosene crystals in heating oil is still the biggest cause of heating system malfunctions in practice in winter, despite compliance with the DIN requirements for EL heating oil!<\/p>\n<p>Once the kerosene crystals have formed due to the cold and clogged filters or pipes, the only thing that can help is heat. As a rule, in this case it is no longer possible to avoid a visit from the heating engineer, for which a charge will be made! It is not possible to dissolve kerosene crystals that have already formed by adding any substances to make the filters and pipes passable again.<\/p>\n<p>Only through preventive measures - the addition of<strong> MATHY-H SPEZIAL Winter Additive<\/strong> - can prevent the formation of kerosene wax caused by the cold and thus prevent starting and operating problems caused by clogged filters and lines.<\/p>\n<h2>How does MATHY-H SPEZIAL Winter Additive actually work?<\/h2>\n<p>EL (extra light) heating oil contains kerosenes, which have an excellent calorific value, but are unfortunately very sensitive to cold. Once the CP (Cloud Point) is reached, large platelet-shaped wax crystals form due to the crystallization of the kerosenes. Their sponge-like structure leads to the inclusion of other components of the heating oil in the crystal structure. This increases the size of the crystals considerably.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure that the kerosene crystals remain filterable and conductive for longer with increasing cold, the<strong> MATHY-H SPEZIAL Winter Additive<\/strong> including the following active ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>The WASA (Wax Anti Settling Additive) prevents the small crystals in middle distillates (HEL and\/or DK) from settling.<br \/>\nA special surface limiter envelops the kerosenes that have already formed with a kind of \"orange peel\" and thus prevents the crystals from growing and\/or sticking together.<br \/>\nThe nucleating agents (also called nucleators) provide the kerosene crystals that form at cold temperatures with an environment of condensation nuclei. This causes the kerosene waxes to become \"entangled\". This means that instead of a few large crystals, an infinite number of (exchanging) extremely small crystals are formed. As a result, these remain filterable and conductive for considerably longer than the large crystals.<\/p>\n<h2>Areas of application<\/h2>\n<p>Can be used in all types of heating systems, including yellow, blue and shell burners (oil furnaces) and pre-evaporators.<\/p>\n<p>Recommended for low-sulphur EL heating oil, also with a low organic content, and standard heating oil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MATHY-H SPEZIAL Winter Additive<\/strong> is completely oil-soluble, effective in any EL heating oil, can be used in all heating systems and is compatible with materials.<\/p>\n<h2>Application<\/h2>\n<p>Preventive use is recommended for any oil heating system whose oil tanks or oil delivery pipes are exposed to direct cold (even in poorly insulated buildings or cellars). In the case of underground tanks, there is also a risk of undercooling of the oil pipe system in the dome cover area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MATHY-H SPECIAL WINTER Additive<\/strong> must be added to the heating oil before the CP (cloud point) is reached, i.e. before the cold period (winter), in order to be fully effective.<\/p>\n<p>If crystallization of the kerosenes has already started due to the onset of winter (sub-zero temperatures) (CP = Clod Point), then <strong>MATHY-H SPECIAL WINTER Additive<\/strong> is no longer fully effective, as only the surface limiter is still working!<\/p>\n<h2>Dosage<\/h2>\n<p>The contents of the bottle <strong>MATHY-H SPECIAL WINTER Additive<\/strong> is sufficient for up to 1,000 liters of heating oil. If you are expecting a hard winter (over -20\u00b0 C), then adding two bottles of <strong>MATHY-H SPECIAL WINTER Additive<\/strong> per 1,000 liters of heating oil is recommended.<\/p>\n<p>(Mixing ratio 1 : 1,000 to 1 : 500 = 1 to 2 liters per 1,000 liters of heating oil)<\/p>\n<h2>Note<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>MATHY-H SPECIAL WINTER Additive<\/strong> is partly sensitive to cold in its concentrated state. Only when it is mixed with the heating oil does it develop its full effectiveness.
