The cleaning set eliminates shifting problems (stick shifting), wear-related running noises and rear axle whine and extends the service life of the units. For optimum results, we recommend cleaning every 60,000 km.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical problems are reduced or eliminated<\/li>\n<li>Contamination in oil wells is removed<\/li>\n<li>Wear-related running noises are reduced<\/li>\n<li>Choppy circuits become easier to operate again (softer)<\/li>\n<li>Internal friction is minimized<\/li>\n<li>Wear clearance on tooth flanks is compensated (increase in compressive strength)<\/li>\n<li>Areas of application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Das Reinigungs-Set ist einsetzbar in allen Schaltgetrieben, Differenzialen und Nebenantrieben von PKW\u2019S, LKW\u2019S, landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen, Baumaschinen, Booten, Motorr\u00e4dern und Industrieanlagen.<\/p>\n<h2>Dosage<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>For cleaning:\u00a0<strong>MATHY-SGR Schaltgetriebereiniger (150ml)<\/strong> ist ausreichend f\u00fcr Getriebe\u00f6lmengen von 3 bis 6 Liter Volumen.<\/li>\n<li>For care and wear reduction:<strong>\u00a0MATHY-T Schaltgetriebe\u00f6l-Additiv (500ml)<\/strong> 20% dem frischen Getriebe\u00f6l zugeben. Maximale<\/li>\n<li>Addition to gear oil: 50%<\/li>\n<li>Beispiel bei 20%:\u00a02,5 Liter \u00d6lvolumen = 2,0 Liter Getriebe\u00f6l + 500ml <strong>MATHY-T<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Application<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Schritt 1 die Reinigung mit <strong>MATHY-SGR<\/strong>:<br \/>\nClean with the old transmission oil. The can contents of 150 ml <strong>MATHY-SGR<\/strong> to the gearbox\/rear axle oil at operating temperature before changing the oil. Please ensure that the filling volume is not exceeded and drain some transmission oil if necessary. After adding the oil, drive for 15 minutes and shift through all gears several times. Then change the transmission oil when warm.<\/li>\n<li>Schritt 2 die Frisch\u00f6l-Bef\u00fcllung mit <strong>MATHY-T<\/strong>:<br \/>\nAfter cleaning and changing the oil, fresh transmission oil + 20% <strong>MATHY-T Getriebe\u00f6l-Additiv<\/strong> replenish.
