The low supplier density shows how difficult it is to produce DSG oils. Only two manufacturers offer DSG oils. This is precisely where our development team came in. The aim is to significantly improve the lubricating performance of a finished DSG oil:<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Adding MATHY-DSG to the transmission oil improves its lubricating effect and thus optimizes shifting processes. Thermal loads in warmer regions are reduced and the stability of the DSG transmission oil is increased.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Any noise development in the DSG gearbox is prevented by <strong>MATHY-DSG<\/strong> minimized and further wear is prevented. Then fresh DSG gearbox oil with 10% <strong>MATHY-DSG<\/strong> fill up.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">If the mileage exceeds 60,000 km, we recommend a cleaning phase followed by an oil change. To do this, 10% of the old DSG oil is drained and replaced with <strong>MATHY-DSG<\/strong> replaced. Then drive the vehicle 1,000 km (not time-bound).
