Dieser Zersetzungsprozess wird durch saure Reaktionsprodukte aus der Verbrennung und Spuren von Metallen, die katalytisch wirken (abrasiver- und korrosiver Verschlei\u00df) noch beschleunigt. Die Zugabe von Antioxidantien bewirkt einen wesentlichen Alterungsschutz. Der Alterungsprozess, die Oxidation, kann dadurch nicht verhindert, jedoch erheblich verlangsamt werden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Bei der \u00d6lalterung bilden sich S\u00e4uren sowie lack-, harz- und schlammartige Ablagerungen, die gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils \u00f6lunl\u00f6slich sind, wie z.B. \u00d6lkohle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Die Alterungsschutzstoffe k\u00f6nnen auf drei Arten wirken:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Radikalf\u00e4nger (prim\u00e4re Alterungsstoffe): Radikale sind Kohlenwasserstoffketten, an denen durch Kettenbruch oder Herausrei\u00dfen von H-Atomen freie Valenzen entstanden sind. Hier lagert sich sofort Sauerstoff an (Oxidation). Radikalf\u00e4nger s\u00e4ttigen (reparieren) diese \u201eL\u00fccken\u201c durch Wasserstoff\u00fcbertragung vom Additiv auf die freie Valenz.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Peroxidzersetzer (sekund\u00e4r Alterungsschutzstoffe): Diese wirken erst, wenn sich bereits Alterungsstoffe (Sauerstoffverbindungen) gebildet haben. Sie wirken \u201esauerstoffentziehend\u201c und bilden unsch\u00e4dliche Verbindungen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Passivatoren \/ Metall-Ionen Desaktivatoren: Sie f\u00fchren zum Passivieren von Eisen- und Kupferpartikeln und damit zur Beendigung bzw. Abschw\u00e4chung der katalytischen Einwirkungen dieser Metalle auf den Alterungsprozess. Sie \u201eumklammern\u201c die Metall-Ionen im \u00d6l, so dass diese praktisch keine katalytische Aktivit\u00e4t mehr besitzen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lubricating oils tend to age (oxidation) under the influence of oxygen and heat.
